Invite users to GroundControl

GroundControl has a simpel user management system, where you can add users on Portfolio level or on Startup level:

• On Portfolio level, users have access to all Startups and the Funnel, Venture Board and Innovation Accounting dashboards.
• On Startup level, a user only has access to that one Startup. You can add users to multiple Startups.

Invite to Portfolio

Go to the Portfolio Settings menu and select access. You can add users by their email addresses. When they already have an account with GroundControl, they are immediately added. Otherwise, they will receive an email with an invite.

Invite to one or more Startups

To add a user to one Startup, go to the Startup settings and select Team. You can add a user that already has access to the Portfolio via the dropdown to show that this user is part of the Startup team.

You can add new users by their email addresses. When they already have an account with GroundControl, they are immediately added. Otherwise, they will receive an email with an invite.
